Leadership Training Essentials Level 2

Leadership Essentials Level 2 is a hands-on, three day training focused on building on learning from Leadership Essentials Level 1 course and expanding business leadership knowledge of Human Resources and Business Finance.

The Goal: of the program is for learners to refresh on the key skills learned in Leadership Essentials Level 1, and dive deeper to continue to develop and apply these necessary skills to their organization, and commit to continuous improvement for ongoing development.
