The Leadership Essentials course hosted by Sara was phenomenal. She provided training in essential skills managers require to be successful. Sara's ability to communicate on many different levels made the course interactive and enjoyable for each participant. The course is so well thought out and kept us engaged every step of the way. I find myself implementing things I have learned and referring back many skills surrounding communication. The best part was watching our team interact and bond over the 3 days. It was team building at the highest level. Learning each others communication and leadership styles was extremely interesting and eye opening. Since the training we communicate more effectively as a team.
