I founded Lakeland HR Solutions in 2017, and I provide leadership across all of our services. I bring over 15 years of professional experience to the table, ranging from navigating large corporate HR environments to supporting small, privately owned organizations. Our focus is on partnering with local businesses of all sizes and industries to provide expert, professional support for everything HR.

​

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Human Resources Management and am a Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) Practitioner in Alberta. Additionally, I am a trained Workplace Investigator and am currently working toward completing my Mediation Designation.

​

I am deeply passionate about supporting leaders and teams in building engaged workplace cultures and promoting the value of fostering humanity in the workplace. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy recharging by spending time outdoors with my family.

Hi, I’m Maggie!

​

I joined the Lakeland HR Solutions team in April 2025. My role focuses on the essential "behind-the-scenes" architecture of HR, including policy development, project coordination, and administrative support. I also leverage my creative side to develop multimedia content for our clients and internal initiatives.

​

I bring a unique multidisciplinary perspective to the team, holding a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (with a minor in Public Administration) and a technical diploma in Chemical Technologies. This blend of analytical and communicative skills allows me to tackle complex HR projects with precision.

​

Outside of the office, I enjoy the quieter things in life: a good book, a new craft project, and a warm cup of chai tea—usually with my Bernese Mountain Dog, Martha, by my side.

Hi, I’m Miranda
I joined Lakeland HR Solutions in September 2025 as a Recruitment Specialist. My professional background is rooted in human services, which has shaped the people-first approach I bring to recruitment. I focus on supporting organizations and roles where empathy, connection, and community impact are at the heart of the work.

After spending several years as a stay-at-home mom, I returned to the workforce and found recruitment to be a natural fit - combining real-life experience with a genuine passion for helping people.

Outside of work, I’m all about experiences: time with family and friends, game nights, camping, travelling, and concerts. If there’s a memory to be made, I’m probably in!

Hi I’m Kelsey, 
 
I joined the Lakeland HR solutions in December 2025! My role is to support the projects side through policy formatting, document editing and administrative tasks. I am currently finishing up on my office administration certification this year.

My secret weapon is my background in animal care, which taught me how to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments. I am a self-motivated professional who loves nothing more than tackling 'behind-the-scenes' tasks that help our clients shine. 

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors on adventures with my kids, lost in a good book, or enjoying a cozy movie or game night with my favourite treats

Hi! I’m Annalise Clarke and I am a Human Resources Consultant here at Lakeland HR.

 

I started with Lakeland HR August of 2021. I specialize in everything recruitment, and enjoy making connections and helping people find the right role. 

​

I also work on Policies and Onboarding, and truly enjoy all aspects of Human Resources.  I started my career in Recruitment in 2018 and have recently completed a Human Resources Professional Certificate. 

​

When not at work I pursue my passion for riding horses and of course spending time with family and friends.

Hi! I’m Deanna and I am the Recruitment Manager here at Lakeland HR.

​

I started at Lakeland HR Solutions in January of 2024 in a casual role, while working intermittently behind the scenes on several different Alberta Film & TV projects. In February of 2025, I officially accepted a full-time
position with Lakeland HR.

I have a Bachelor of Commerce, but still count my fingers for basic math. My favorite
aspect of recruitment is learning about each candidate’s unique skillset and assisting
them in finding a rewarding long-term career while meeting our clients’ needs by finding
quality candidates. I find it intrinsically rewarding making placements!

Outside of work I am an avid equine enthusiast, lead a small pack of Border Collies that
I have raised and trained as stock-dogs for herding, and a small flock of “Pretty
Chickens”. When not on the back of a horse, I enjoy investing myself in anything
outdoors, but mainly archery, fishing, gardening, and tinkering with DYI projects I’m
probably not qualified to do but do so anyways.

Hi, I’m Halle and I’m a Recruitment Specialist at Lakeland HR Solutions! I joined the team in April 2025 in a casual role and transitioned into a full-time position after completing my Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management in December 2025.

My favourite part of my role is supporting people by helping them secure employment and assisting our clients in finding the best-fit employees for their organizations. I’ve always enjoyed supporting people in different ways, and this role is especially rewarding. I always leave work feeling good about the impact that Lakeland HR Solutions makes.

In addition to working with candidates and clients, I provide behind-the-scenes administrative support and assist my colleagues with whatever they need to help take a load off of them.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with the people who mean the most to me, watching hockey (go Oilers!), working out, and travelling. Now that I’ve completed my bachelor’s degree, I’ve been adjusting to having more free time and enjoying the opportunity to explore new hobbies.
