Hi I'm Sara, I founded Lakeland HR Solutions in 2017 and provides leadership in all our services. She brings over 15 years of professional experience in the field, ranging from large corporate HR teams to small privately owned organizations. Our focus is working with local organizations of different sizes and industries providing them professional support with everything HR.

I completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in human resources management, am a certified professional Human Resources Practitioner in Alberta, a trained Workplace Investigator and am planning to complete my Mediation Designation soon.

 

When not at work, I enjoy spending time outside with my family. I am passionate about supporting leaders and teams in building engaged workplace cultures and promoting the value of fostering humanity in the workplace.

Hi I’m Jenna!

 

I manage the financials, business operations and Human Resource administration

functions. I make sure everyone gets paid and that the books get balanced! I am also the On-

boarding Coordinator, that helps assist employees integrate into their new role making for a

smooth transition into the company. I also manage the Grant Applications so that clients can get

help with expenses! 

I started at Lakeland HR Solutions in November 2021 as a part-time job to add to my list of skills and to familiarize myself even more in the Human Resources world of business. I graduated with my B.Com degree in 2012 and have been working in Finance and Accounting / Management ever since. I speak fluent French and “half-fluent” Spanish.

Meaning, everyone would understand me in Quebec, but only half the people would understand me in Mexico. I have a busy life with my husband, three young children and two dogs. We mostly

frequent south side Muriel Lake and any place that has ice cream.

Hi, I'm Stephanie!

I joined the Lakeland HR team in September 2023 as a Human Resources Specialist. I specialize in full cycle recruitment & client relations, however I am knowledgeable in all things HR. Helping people has always been a passion of mine, a natural born “people person”. I come with 12 years of experience in the HR field, I am passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done!

 

I am a mom of 3 older kids, during my time off I spend quality time with my kids, family, and friends, traveling and enjoying life!

Hi! I’m Annalise Clarke and I am a Recruitment Specialist and HR Coordinator here at Lakeland HR.

 

I started with Lakeland HR August of 2021. I specialize in everything recruitment, and enjoy making connections and helping people find the right role. 

I also work on Policies and Onboarding, and truly enjoy all aspects of Human Resources.  I started my career in Recruitment in 2018 and have recently completed a Human Resources Professional Certificate. 

When not at work I pursue my passion for riding horses and of course spending time with family and friends.
