Course Overview

It can be overwhelming knowing the responsiblities for managing employees in Alberta. This training is focused on providing the basics of employment law to managers, supervisors and owners as it impacts them in their role. Training includes high level overview of legislation, tips and case studies.

- Alberta Human Rights

- Alberta Employment Standards

- Occupational Health & Safety

- WCB

- Personal Information Privacy Act

- Common and Contract Law

 

Course takes about 2 hours to complete. Learners have 30 days to complete upon access to course.
